C2 Property Group requested our expertise in the marketing of their development on Hay Street, West Perth. Working closely with the small team, and in conjunction with the project marketing partner, Blackburne, we assisted in clarifying the target market and positioning strategy and then with the subsequent naming.

 

Following on from this we developed the logo and brand identity, and various other elements such as floor plans, display boards, brochure, site signage, realestate.com.au advertisements, website design, and copywriting.
