Mont Property approached us looking for some guidance on refreshing their brand identity. Servicing mostly premium areas of Perth and thus positioned to appeal to the clientele of those areas, Mont Property was already doing a number of things right and we felt their logo was one of them. However, the brand identity beyond the logo wasn't as sharp. It felt cluttered and dated, not sophisticated and elegant.
We worked with the team, developing a strategy to capitalise on their positioning in the market and update their brand identity across all their stationery and marketing material. We developed a tagline, a simple brand style guide, and a seasonal campaign strategy to drive new listings. Without making any changes to the actual logo itself, we were able to reinvigorate the brand and elevate it to the level where it belonged.
